We are a full time Martial Arts School. Our schedule is made to fit a wide variety of schedules. During hours of operation, when no class is scheduled, we hold 'Open Training'. Our students are welcome to use the training deck for exercise, bag work, weight training or scheduling a private lesson during these times.
